By taking part in this giveaway you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the giveaway. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the giveaway. We, JD Sports Fashion plc recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the giveaway. JD Sports BE is the promoter of this giveaway which is run in conjunction with TRIX BE.

This prize draw is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram.

1. What can you win?

There will be a total of two (2) winners who will each win:

two (2) CHO concert tickets for the show on 24/05/2024 at TRIX, Noordersingel, 28-30 2140, Antwerp (Borgerhout) + two (2) pair of sneakers for each winner. Entrants can choose any pair of trainers in-store (Jordans excluded).

The Prize is subject to availability (including availability of sizes, styles and colours). The event is not organised by JD Sports BE and may be subject to change. The Prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. JD Sports BE has been able to contact winners and has been able to confirm eligibility). JD Sports BE has the right to change, alter or withdraw the giveaway or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD Sports BE. JD Sports BE shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize and no cash alternative will be offered. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD Sports BE is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

Prize tickets are personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. Exchanging any part of the Prize package is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or online resale marketplace). JD Sports BE reserves the right to cancel the giveaway and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

It is the winners’ responsibility to pay for anything excluded from the Prize (e.g. transportation and consumption during the event.)

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must be:

aged 18 years or over; and

a resident of Belgium.

JD Sports reserves the right to ask the winners to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD Sports group or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. JDSports reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

Entrants can enter the promotion by:

1. following @jdsportsbe;

2. liking the prize draw Instagram post; and

3. Commenting your favourite CHO lyrics + tag the person who you are bringing; best answers get a chance to win. For an extra entry, share the post to your Instagram story.

No purchase is needed for this prize draw.

5. Closing Times

The giveaway will commence on 17/05/2024 at 5PM (CET time) and will end on 20/05/2024 at 23:59PM (CET time). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

6. How is the winner selected?

We will pick 2 winners with the best comments from the qualified entries after 20/05/2024. The decision of JD Sports & TRIX BE are final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves). The winners will be announced through Instagram comments on 21/05/2024 and will be asked to send us a conformation of accepting the Prize via Instagram DM within 24 hours. In the event that the winner does not communicate their acceptance of the Prize within 24 hours JD Sports BE & TRIX BE reserve the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

7. Winner’s Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, including travel to the concert; (ii) complete all stages of the How to enter section above ; (iii) provide accurate contact details; (iv) provide valid proof of age, which is required to enter the giveaway; (v) adhere to local laws in Belgium (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the event organiser. JD Sports BE will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize. It is the winners responsibility to obtain relevant insurance if they wish to.

Insofar as permitted by law, JD Sports BE, and their affiliates, agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, claims, personal injury or death arising from or in connection with the supply or use of the Prize. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit any liability which cannot legally be limited, including without limitation, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Personal information JD Sports BE will use personal information which you provide, or which we obtain through our dealings with you, to sign you up to marketing materials provided by JD Sports (and its affiliates) and to administer the giveaway. We may also use your personal data to tell you about JD Sports BE (and JD Sports BE affiliates) products and offers, and for market research including analysis and development of our products and customer relationships. 9. Publicity

By taking part in the giveaway, entrants may be invited to participate in publicity at JD Sports’ BE and TRIX’s request if they are a winner of the giveaway. Entrants agree that JD Sports (or any third party nominated by JD Sports BE) may in its sole discretion use their comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party). Any use of images or other personal information that could identify entrants will be subject to the entrants’ consent.

JD Sports BE reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.

10. Which law applies to this promotion?

This giveaway is governed by the law of Belgium and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Belgium.
