1. What can you win?

There will be one (1) winner who will win:

one (1) €500 (five hundred euros) JD gift card; and

one (1) Apple Watch SE (2022) (the “Prize”).

The Prize is subject to availability (including availability of sizes, styles and colours). The Prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. JD Sports has been able to contact the winner and has been able to confirm eligibility). JD Sports has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD Sports. JD Sports shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD Sports is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

It is the winners’ responsibility to pay for anything excluded from the Prize. Delivery of the Prize is included.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must be:

aged 18 years or over; and

a resident of Belgium.

JD Sports reserves the right to ask the winners to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD Sports group ) or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. JDSports reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

Entrants can enter the promotion by:

1. following @jdsportsbe;

2. liking the prize draw Instagram post; and

3. answering the following question: Who has the largest sneaker collection according to Guinness World Records?; answers to the question are to be left in the comment section of the Instagram post. Correct answers get a chance to win.

Internet service providers’ fees may apply when accessing the internet. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.

No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5. Closing Times

The promotion will commence on 29 January 2024 at 12PM (CET time) and will end on 31 January 2024 at 11:59PM (CET time). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

6. How is the winner selected?

JD Sports staff will pick one (1) winner from all entrants who have made a valid entry following the “How to Enter” steps above. The winner will be selected on 1 February 2024 at 12PM (CET time). The decision of JD Sports is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves). The winner will be announced through Instagram comments and will be asked to send us a conformation of accepting the prize via Instagram DM within 24 hours of the announcement. In the event that the winner does not communicate their acceptance of the Prize within this period of time. JD Sports reserves the right to pick another winner and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

7. Winner’s Responsibilities

It is the winner’s responsibility to: organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, including travel to store or extern location; (ii) complete all stages of the How to enter section above; (iii) provide accurate contact and delivery details; (iv) provide valid proof of age, which is required to enter the promotion; (v) adhere to local laws in Belgium (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the event organiser. JD Sports will not be liable to the winner or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

9. Publicity

By taking part in the promotion, entrants may be invited to participate in publicity at JD Sports request if they are a winner of the promotion. Entrants agree that JD Sports (or any third party nominated by JD Sports) may in its sole discretion use their comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party). Any use of images or other personal information that could identify entrants will be subject to the entrants’ consent.

This promotion is governed by the law of Belgium and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Belgium.
